AGING CARE COACH

Specializing in Alzheimer's Disease, Frontotemporal Degeneration and all other forms of brain change

Over 7 million Americans are living with dementia—and behind each of them is a circle of support that includes nearly 12 million unpaid care partners. These care partners are often the people closest to them: spouses, adult children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends, and even parents.

But caregiving doesn’t come with an instruction manual. No two journeys are the same. Each person with dementia experiences a unique mix of changes, challenges, and capacities. As the saying goes, “If you’ve met one person with dementia, you’ve met ONE person with dementia.”

That’s where Aging Care Coach comes in. Just like a coach supports an athlete—offering strategies, guidance, and encouragement from the sidelines—I partner with care teams and families to help you build confidence, skill, and resilience as you care for someone living with brain change.

As your dementia care coach, I offer practical tools, emotional support, and expert insight to help you navigate each phase of the journey. Whether you're brand new to caregiving or facing a tough transition, I’m here to help you show up with clarity, compassion, and purpose.

You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. Let’s take the next step—together.
